We serve as an independent bridge between local service providers, state leadership, and the public — ensuring transparency and accountability in resource management. By correcting data gaps and educating policymakers and the public — including through initiatives like the Gloria Johnson Act — we empower our coalition partners to move individuals from crisis to stability.
